Breathing

Ahhhhh..so we come to the foundation of all things. Breath. Breath is the bomb. The body knows how to do it. However our fast paced life and issues can cause us to override our bodies natural rhythm. The main thing you want to do here is focus on your breath. Let the breath drop in and release out. Use that language in your mind. Drop in and release out. Count the breath if you need to but just try and let go and allow the bodies natural rhythm to take over. Most of our issues with the voice have their origins here with the breath.
